- Is it safe to apply online?
Yes. We use encryption technology known as Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for secure transmission. When your data is transmitted over the Internet, it is encrypted when it is sent and then decrypted when it is received. All of our online application information is kept on a secure server and protected by a firewall.
- What happens if I don't answer all the questions on the application?
It may take longer for us to process your application or we may not be able to process it at all. Each question helps us make decisions about providing you with credit. Be assured, your information is always protected by our Privacy Policy.
- Why can't I use a Post Office Box?
Federal law requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. Most cards are shipped active and must be sent to a physical address. Some carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.
- How long does it take for a credit decision and/or receive my cards?
Once your application has been received and we have obtained all necessary information/documents, upon approval you will receive your cards within 10-14 business days. Approval usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Why do you need my banking information?
Your bank reference is used for verification purposes only.
- What if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen immediately call 1-800-552-6529 for assistance. We offer 24/7 customer support.
- What are the costs associated with my card?
There is a fee of $75.00 charged at card issuance and charged annually.
- What is the interest rate?
There is no interest rate on your card. This is a non-revolving credit account that is paid in full each billing cycle.
- Can I transfer balances from my current credit cards?
We do not offer balance transfers.
- What are my options if I think my credit score is too low to qualify?
We have pre-funded or deposit account options to help build business credit.
- Do you accept applications for all types of businesses?
Yes. We work with all shapes and sizes of business, even brand new companies, municipalities, non-profit organizations and government entities.
- How do I pay my bill?
Statements and invoices are available to view and download online. Payment options include company check, customer initiated ACH, bank wire transfer, company check by phone, and Western Union.
