Leading Search Engine Firm Implements CSI MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card to Manage Fleet Fuel Expenses in U.S. and nearly 50 countries internationally
This firm sought out the CSI MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card as a solution to control and manage fleet fuel purchases for their U.S. and international fleet vehicles.
Business Needs: Search engine firm had a need to implement a fleet fuel card program. The firm required a one card solution to track, control and manage fleet fuel expenses both nationally and allow for expansion internationally. The ability to manage cards in real-time along with tracking transactions to a specific vehicle and implementing card level authorization controls were key requirements.

Solution:
The CSI MasterCard Corporate Fleet Card was implemented. Vehicle cards were issued to both U.S. and international fleet vehicles. Custom card purchasing limits were implemented and cards were locked to work only at “Fuel Only” merchants. Reporting in the U.S. captured line item detail and PIN and Mileage data capture. The international reporting met objective by tracking transaction date, merchant, country, purchase amount and vehicle. Custom authorization controls were established by classification of vehicle to adhere to company fleet fuel policy.
